Work was done quickly. It took about a week from when they did the measurements for the material to come in and for them to do the cutting at their shop. Took about 2 1/2 days for them to do the actual tear off and put the new roof on. They were the cheapest by a decent margin (next cheapest was an estimate for 12.700 for a shingle roof, other bid we got for a metal roof was 16.800). Seems to be good quality: looks good, no leaks (granted it's a week old at this writing). They were more than reasonable in making the financial arrangements. Everyone we dealt with in person was polite and attentive and answered any questions we had.
They can be hard to get a hold of and didn't always get back with us when they said they would. Caveat: We had a major windstorm on the second day of roofing so they were swamped with calls for emergency repairs, so our experience may not be the norm. Also it was a little odd to call the office phone and just get a "hello" rather than a business greeting but they were perfectly polite.
Very professional and courteous, left no mess. hardly knew they were there. Appreciate honesty and integrity in workers!! Would definitely use them again!!
