He stopped the flooding as he let the pump working. He highly recommended us to replace the pump as it was about 9 years old and back-up battery was also broken. He showed up on 7/1/26 with an advanced pump and replaced the whole unit, even the weather is extremely hot. The new pump is working so well so far, without any noise.
