He came over on a Friday evening and to my surprise, agreed and quickly went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He was understanding and agreed with my concerns. Later I was worried about a sound I was hearing coming from the sump pump. He came up on a Sunday and turned out it was my old pump (not the new one they had installed) that was making the noise. He removed it and clearly explained why it was making the noise. Then was able to put me on his schedule quickly. On the day of the job, his guys that installed the dryer vent, were professional, friendly, cleaned up their work mess and did a great job on their work. I am very pleased with my dryer vent. I would like to add that I did have one piece on my dryer vent that was a little tricky and Matthew went over and beyond what I anticipated trying to help me with it.
