"I have relied on Ron to fix/repair many issues with my home. He found the source of a sneaky roof leak and redid all the flashing around my fireplace chimney (which another contractor did poorly the first time), repaired a crack in the chimney cap and redid the grouting in the stack. He completely remodeled my bathroom, which required demolition out to the 2x4's, removal of rotted subfloor, mold/mildew mitigation, laying custom tile and wall treatments, plumbing, and the creative solution for many, many problems he discovered along the way. Recently, he repaired a section of my roof that took some damage from a fallen tree. I've also relied on him for many smaller "honey-do" projects. He is a dream to work with, always professional, leaving the worksite cleaner than when he found it, and communicating his ideas clearly with no suprises. He is my no-brainer go-to or any future improvement projects needed for my mid-century home. ."

"Work was needed to satisfy the buyer of the home. Estimate was accepted and the job was scheduled. Crew arrived about four hours late, causing me to miss a full day of work when a half day would have sufficed. On the plus side, the work was completed on the scheduled date, one day ahead of closing on the property. Work was generally acceptable (especially the roof work) but I might have been more particular about the truss had I not been selling the house. The crew did not clean up after themselves inside the home (left sawdust and minor debris for me to sweep up after they left)."

"How'd it go?  AMAZING!  Charles & his crew did such a fantastic job I can only explain it as if they did for my house what they would do for their own!  Charles & Brittany were very responsive....showed up on the day & time of the scheduled appointment and did a FANTASTIC job!  I asked Charles to take 'before' & 'after' pictures (since I did not have the time to do so).  I want to put them on Angie's list, but truthfully, they won't do justice to the work or splendor of their art!!!  They did such an amazing job that I called them up & asked them to "finish it up" & do the N, W and South side of the house!  Again, the same SUPER job!!!  This company "rocks"!  I will ask to have them back later this fall to put in some mulch & put me on their schedule for next SPRING!
