"Everything went great.  First the sad part ... Our five-year-old fiber cement siding job was falling apart.  Extremely disappointing, but the Certainteed product used was shrinking and cracking on our south and west walls.  This was in no way the fault of the company (not Aztec) that installed it.  I was able to recoup about $2500 from CertainTeed in a class action law suit after a tedious process of measuring and photographing every flaw (see photos) and measuring the length of every defective board.
Working with Justin was a pleasure and the job of replacing our bad siding with James Harding fiber cement product was professionally spelled out in a contract.  The work started with 2 or 3 weeks and it took two days to have the house ready to paint.  The crew did a great job and cleaned up nicely.  There were no problems.  I can say the same for the paint crew who followed up a week or two later and had the job done in a day.  The siding, caulking, and painting all show care and quality.  I am very pleased.  (Please note:  The photos I am attaching were taken right after the painters left, and the paint was not completely dry yet.  The color evened out).
