"Long story short I was attempting to install a new vanity over the copper supply lines for a bathroom sink. I bent the copper pipe which caused it to begin leaking. It was a Sunday night at 5:30 pm. Dan showed up even quicker than he had estimated. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He fixed the leak quickly including making recommendations to replace the 30 year old shut-off valves, which he did at the same time as fixing the leak. He also noticed the outside shutoff valve was leaking and was able to tighten the valve so that it would no longer leak. He made it quick and painless. He tried to make the higher than normal (weekend night) service fee worth the call out for us. Although it was a little more expensive because it was a weekend night, it was nice to know it had been fixed and we could turn the water on again. It was a great experience compared to our previous horrible experiences we had with Mister Quik."

Everything was covered in plastic that couldn’t be moved to avoid getting dust everywhere. When they were all done, they made sure to clean up after themselves. The foreman even asked for a broom to clean up some dirt on the floor. I’ve had a couple problems since then, but they are very quick to respond, and everything has been covered under the lifetime warranty."
