"The communication was an issue. Some of the things we discussed in the walk-through estimate, were mentioned in the final contract. He said he would take down light fixtures for painting the ceiling, which is one example, and he did not complete that to my knowledge. Overall, I was pleased with the quality. The drywall was pitted and he was able to smooth it and paint it. The price was also fair."

Don and his crew were very punctual and responsive throughout the entire project which included working around challenging weather conditions as well as scheduling issues with the holiday's and our tenants to complete the repairs within a month. Separately he repainted our front porch including stabilizing a porch post that had some rot at the base. Paul and his crew were polite, efficient, professional, and did excellent work.
