Colin the owner and his crew are honest, hardworking and pay attention to detail. this is the 2nd house we have used them for backyard retaining walls and design. once for a ravine with railroad ties and this week for a huge rock retaining wall 4 ft tall, 130 ft long. they tore down an old wall and designed a new one with natural looking stone with various sizes with drainage system. they also took time to grade and clean up yard. The wall is stunning and the company is outstanding. will use them for complete landscape design."

"Great. Upon trimming the bushes, a rock went through a sunroom glass door, which required replacement by Blair windows and reapplication of the solar film by Distinctive Glass (Bryan Shoush). Matt Harden immediately took care of scheduling the repairs and promptly paying the vendors without any haggling/hassling. Peggy, the owner, has been a real professional to deal with. They will not be mowing after this season, so we'll need that service supplied by another vendor."

"Brandon was punctual for the estimate.  He arrived on time and delivered the final design before what he said he would.  The day of installation they arrive on time and began working.  They removed sod and installed new trees and plants.  The area was clean when finished.  I would highly recommend Brandon and Elegance Outdoor.  His crew works hard and did such a good job.  I couldn't be happier.

"Fritz was easy to reach by phone directly and was very responsive. The price was very reasonable and he offered us a "home show" discount even though the services were provided many months later. He communicated clearly about the curing time and the care we needed to have our other contractors take to prevent debris from falling on the floor while wet. The crew patched nearly all the holes and cracks so they are invisible now. We added sand to make a less slippery surface - not sure I would do that again because it's a bit hard to clean without tearing up the sponge mop, and it was applied a bit unevenly (especially around the edges); maybe it would be too slippery without - not sure... We would recommend Fritz and his crew without hesitation and love the final product for this space in our home. While we went with neutral gray colors to match our decor, we LOVED the variety of colors (both epoxy and accent chips) they offer!"

"There were problems. First, although furniture was moved out from wall, the telephone somehow ended up in the paint. To his credit, he replaced the phone. The job was to paint of turquoise paint to a beige color. After he left, I found that the darker paint had seeped through in several small places. After completing the job, he did not put fire extinguishers back in place and also a socket plate was not put back. I called and he did come and address the problems. I think that I made a bad choice as his business first and foremost landscaping. I was led to believe that he painted in winter. He hasn't fully developed as a painter. I was quite frustrated; he believed that he did more than I paid for. He said the add said that the walls could be a certain height and mine were over that height and he wasn't charging me the difference."

"I contacted Yard Xpression (YX) for a patio in February. I had seen their display at a Kroger last year but couldn't afford the project at the time. I called YX hopimg to get the project done early this year so I started the process in February. I cant say enough about how responsive YX was. I had called multiple companies for quotes and not only did YX get back to me the same day, but they were 1 of only 2 to even call me back.
YX was helpful and patient in the whole process while my wife and I decided on all the specifics of our project, and even helped us in some design elements. They continued their timely responses and made the process very easy, and we're even flexible on some dates so that I could be home to see the completion.
As for the project itself, we couldn't be happier. The patio turned out just great and luckily the weather has been great so we have been able to get a lot of use out of it already. I would happily recommend YX again for a friend or another landscaping project. Great overall experience."
