"This company called me after I submitted a request for work. I explained that I had six pictures and a mirror to hang and that I needed all of these items to be anchored to the wall so that they don't move. I even sent photos so that the tech can be well prepared. Two days later, Herb showed up with no supplies and explained that no one told him about what I needed done. I explained to Herb that I needed all pictures and the mirror hung and anchored to the wall so that they don't move. He comes back with nails and proceeded to hang the six pictures. He made numerous holes all over my walls and wood. The pictures were not straight. It took him about 1.5 hours just to try and hang 3 pictures. He hung 4 of the six and did a horrible job. They were hanging my a nail only. They were lined up. Nothing was anchored like I asked. He said the guy in the store told him that the nails he sold him was the best. I explained the type of mounting I needed and he never heard of it. I cancelled the job."
