"Came out to the house and took measurements for a 20'x10' gazebo to fit above the back door & camera & floodlights. After putting it together it did not fit. Could not open the black door. Had to raise gazebo 2'. He asked me to pay him $900.00 that he had another job to go to & would have to trouble shoot & get back with me. Texted & called him several times. Finally he said he would be out. He did show up& again said he gets back with me. Never heard back from him."

"Did not have a good experience with Lowes flooring installation. They contract out the installation and our installation group did not have supervision and did not properly install plastic barriers to minimize dust impact of demo dust from pulling up old floor. We expected some dust but we ended up with a layer of heavy dust throughout our entire first floor. We had to bring in a cleaning crew the next day to simply get back to baseline and Lowes customer service was marginal at best. Would never contract with Lowes again for this type of project. Disappointing."

"I was told by the designer that it would take a week but it didn't. I must admit that I did not shop around for other designers. They seemed that they have construction companies that they deal with to do the work. The guy at Lowes designs it and then they farm it out to a construction company. I really needed to get a bathtub out and a shower in. It was a good six weeks. The construction company put down one floor and the glued didn't dry so they put plywood over it. It was one thing over another. I would not recommend them. Plus the fact that I told the designer that I wanted a beige shower but the shower went in as a brown color. The liaison between Lowes and the construction company disappeared the first three days so I couldn't reach out to anybody to say anything. I would just not recommend them at all."

"I didn’t have a good experience with this company. I paid $500 for a hand drawn landscape plan, given a cost for the plan but they only planted 1/3 of the plan. After they got started I asked where all my perennials were and the owner proceeded to tell me that would be EXTRA! Poor communication. Poorly drawn plan."

"Lowes deserves less than 0 stars for a paid job of nearly $2000. We ordered interior doors and installation on 10/20/2023. They lost the order. The lead assessment was never done. We finally got an install date for 12/1. They called on the 1st to cancel due to rain. We called them back and got an install date of 12/6. They texted on the 5th (today) to reschedule for the 14th. We called today to ask why. No help there; they lost our order AGAIN but promised to look into it. We were on hold for 18 minutes and then they hung up. We called back yet again. The next representative was rude and wouldn't listen. Another 13 minutes wasted with no resolution. Our next step is going back to the store for a refund. Enough is ENOUGH."
