"Some people might think $85.00 is too much to charge to unlock a vehicle.  Although a person should consider these factors: first, he traveled about 40 miles/ about a hour drive to reach my home.  Not all locksmiths would have done this.  Second, VW's are notoriously hard to unlock, some locksmiths will not even work on them.  Third,  prior to contacting Mr. Lock, I had contacted  the local (Greencastle) locksmith who tried a couple of methods, but gave up after approximately 30 minutes.  To his credit, he didn't charge me anything since he wasn't able to unlock the car.  Garth, on the other hand continuously tried different tools and methods until he found the correct combination to unlock the car.  Which sounds really simple right?  Not even close, Garth worked a solid 2.5 hours but refused to let the lock win :) .  While I did assist him in a minor capacity periodically , it was his skills and determination that was the key to success.  As a result, I was very happy with the quoted price, his level of professionalism, the promptness and quality of service.  I would not hesitate to use Mr. Lock again and would highly recommend them.

"Got inadvertently locked out of my home on Christmas Day. Julian from Prime Locksmith responded promptly and was thoroughly professional and courteous. Applying his skills, he was able to get me back into my home in mere minutes, thus averting what would have been a stressful holiday. I defended recommend Prime Locksmith to help meet any needs in an emergency."

"After dealing with contractors on virtually every part of our house in the past 5 years, I can say that Crew was by far the best experience we have had. From taking off their shoes when entering the house for the original visit (first impressions say a lot!), to laying down plastic and paper to protect the carpet and entryway tile between the front door and kitchen, to draping plastic across the doorways to keep the dust inside the kitchen, to vacuuming after each day's work, they showed the up most respect in protecting our property (and lungs!). From asking if they could listen to their radio quietly while they worked, to gracefully handling a 24 hour power outage we had (by running an extension cord to a neighbor), their courtesy was outstanding. And I haven't even gotten to the quality of the work yet. Our biggest fear was that the cabinets they were going to manufacture were not going to match the cabinets we were not replacing. They took the existing doors during the initial visit to color match (by not taking samples during their visit, other contractors did not instill confidence in us). They installed the old doors on the new cabinets and used the same hardware. The end result is visually we cannot tell the difference, except internally the new ones are of better quality than what we had! They included various "extras" that other contractors might have cut corners on, such as replacing the water shutoff valves under the sink (which needed doing, and this was a better time than any to do so). All of the work was very detailed. All workers spoke English. They arrived on-time every day. Everything was perfect! I do not give out A's on Angie's List easily, but in this case they are well deserving of the "excellent" rating across the board."
