"Initially met with Matt who was great. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Very professional. Ethan came back for the chain lock install and was professional, efficient and very kind. I didn't have any cash to offer him as a tip and he was so nice about it. I could have installed this myself, but it was worth it to me to have a pro do it. "Service was both honest and excellent. I explained that I need to replace a lost key to a Brinks safe. I had the combination but lost the key. The gentleman at Southside Lock Service asked me a few questions and then told me he could come to my home and do the work but it would be better and I would save a lot of money if I contacted another shop closer to my home. He referred me to someone else, I contacted that service provider and I did, in fact, save a lot of money and I also received honest and excellent service from the other shop. Good advice, honest and excellent serve from both locksmiths. I was very pleased.
