I called the company around 6:00 or shortly there after and asked to have a locksmith sent out to repair a dead bolt lock on my back door that was stuck in the locked position . The technician showed up at my house around 6:45 and ascertained what the problem was. He was able to fix it immediately and had my door back in operation within 15 minutes of his arrival.

We redeemed a coupon for three lock rekey services for a total of $100. After about three hours on site the technician came to us and said he couldn?t get the last lock and would discount the price by $15.

The Pop-a-Lock people are very professional.  We had locked our storm door but forgot the key.  When we arrived back to town in the middle of the night we are able to have Pop-a-Lock quickly come out and open the locked storm door.  The provider was quick and professional.  The pricing was responsible since it was the middle of the night, but the cost was slightly higher than we were initially quoted due to the late hour.  Overall, I would definitely use Pop-a-Lock if I needed their service.

Re-Keyed locks on newly-purchased home. Response time was prompt and Chris arrived on time (during a thunderstorm!). One of the locks had a key jammed inside and he worked extra h****** it. I appreciated that because the knob is a specialty one. I added two locks for the garage as well as I decided it was well worth the extra money. Excellent response time and service.

Stupidly, I locked myself out of my house while in the midst of unloading groceries.  Purse, phone, and keys were already in the house.  Ran to my neighbor's house and hopped on her computer to access Angie's List.  Pop a Lock was the first company I called.  They told me it would be 45 - 60 minutes.  We agreed and I waited in my garage.  A very polite, young man arrived about 35 minutes later and had me inside within a minute or two.  Highly recommend this company and I thank them for the speedy service,  as groceries were in bags on the kitchen floor with my dog inside!  Everything was intact!

Ben was the serviceman.  He was really good at communicating my problem and he was very efficient.  There is a service fee of $50.  I liked his honest feedback, and that he didn't think I needed a new lock.  He fixed the doorknob for me.

Overall, the experience was painless.  Found their information on Angie's List and called into their main center.  They put in the request and said a technician would be out within 45 minutes.  The tech called me en route to send a picture of the lock (to make sure they could actually get it without additional costs) and said he'd get it open.  He arrived in a marked car which made me feel a lot more secure.  The tech himself was in uniform and super friendly.  Overall as good of an experience as possible when you're locked out.  They're prompt and charge a fair price.  Very happy with them!
