He did not seat all into the ground i had to go back and press them into the ground. 2 techs came out to inspect, walked around the house and did not remove the bait. I had to call to get a real inspection. The offices sent me a bill for the first non inspection and then billed again when cpnducted a real inspection. In short they billed 2 times for one job.
