I have used them for 1 1/2 years on a regular schedule. In that time-frame they were a "No Show" 4 times and I had to call to reschedule. The last time we agreed to a rescheduled day I was called this time to reschedule again. Finally canceled the service.

The service went very well; they did an excellent job. They also guaranteed their work.

It went very well. Thye came out early. The technician was extremely informative and very nice. The problem has been taken care of and I have not seen any bees since.

Their inspector was thorough. Also, he did an excellent job of explaining their various programs without being overly aggressive about using their services. Should we require services in the future, we will call them without hesitation.

The sales pitch was a little too pushy for me, but the man who came out was very friendly. Their prices are good, and the quality of their work is excellent. They were responsive and punctual.

I called Orkiin for a second opinion after Terminix said that I had termites. I had my doubts, so I called Orkin out for a second opinion. They came out in April of 2011 and did an initial evaluation. They said that it was a common mistake, but my problem was actually carpenter ants, not termites. They explained how they knew the difference. Treatment (about $180) was done that day for the ants and I set up a bi-monthly service ($80 each time) for them to inspect and treat my entire house, inside and out, for all pests. The treatment for termites that Terminix wanted to do was over $2400. Needless to say, I was thrilled to find out that I didn't have termites. Orkin saved me a TON of money and I have been so happy with their service. Our technician, Phil, is very personable and thorough. I would highly recommend Orkin to anyone looking for pest control!

The guy that came out was really helpful and really knowledgeable. I could tell he knew what he was talking about. He took a conservative approach and wasn't trying to look for a place to spend money. They do a free inspection and they didn't push any treatment that was not necessary. I was very pleased with them. They are not going to do anything until they see if it is a problem. I called them yesterday and they came within 16 hours and didn’t charge me because of the free inspection.
