I got so much more than I expected... not only did they handle the usual bugs that I have to fight off every year, but they solved my ant problem, dealt with the mice that were invading my home, and then took care of a bee problem that was becoming really annoying outside by my water faucet! I felt really well taken care of.

The representative worked with us and explained what we needed to do in order for the treatment to be successful. The service people were prompt and things were done as we had been told they would be. The treatment was successful in eradicating the bed bugs.

Because we caught it early on, we only needed someone to come out and spray twice. We haven't had any issues since the second spraying and we were happy with the service. Most bed bug removal service is VERY expensive, but Rose Pest was very reasonable and our tech was very helpful and kind during the whole process.

I had hired them after having some work done on my home and finding carpenter ants. No nest was found at the time as they most likely were just moving in as I had some water damage in a room. They also took care of any wasp nests, as well as bait for controlling mice. Over the years, my finances got tighter. I thought I had suspended all services but apparently they had only cancelled or suspended the inside treatment but continued to maintain the outside. I'm assuming lack of communication was the problem perhaps. As I received another bill in which I disputed because like I said I though I had canceled all services. When my furnace broke down and then water pipes froze & broke. Upon moving back into my home after the rehab process I went to call and start services back up they then refused to do any business with me. Long story short while yes they did do good work, beware of their lack of communication should you need to either suspend service for a specific time or cancel it.

They came out and took care of bees for us. We found a hole on the outside of the house they were nesting in and were getting in the house. They were able to get rid of them in one visit and found some other places and got rid of them too. They did the job we requested of them and they were decent. He had the chemicals and he knew what he was doing.
