They checked the pump and serviced it and just did like a tuneup thing. But everything was okay. We did have the well tested to make sure that the water was good. They were great. I thought they were reasonable for what they did, just the peace of mind knowing that everything was okay. So I was very happy with it. They came within a week or less, which was fine because we didn't have an urgent situation, nobody was living there. So the schedule they set was fine for us. They probably had more urgent matters ahead of us because we were not urgent. They scheduled it and they were there when they said they would be. I think they were there on time because my husband probably wouldn't have waited around."

"Hope Plumbing came out on Wednesday for a toilet repair. We believed the toilet to be leaking from the tank bolts, so Domenic replaced the tank bolts and also (3) valves within the bathroom, installed a Delta faucet and installed a new flapper in our other bathroom toilet. After testing the repair repeatedly, Domenic left for the day. We discovered yet another leak right after he left our house, and we contacted Hope Plumbing who put us in contact with Domenic. He was not very far down the road and was gracious enough to turn around and help with this new problem. Upon inspection of the toilet, we decided it could not be fixed (a small crack in the front of the bowl) , so he arranged to have a new toilet installed the next day. He came back the next morning with a new toilet, took the old toilet away, and the installation went very smooth and quick. We will hire Hope Plumbing for our future repairs!"

"We called Plumbing Heating Paramedics for a second opinion for our furnace. We had Service Plus out for our annual furnace check up and they told us we needed a new heat exchange or a new furnace (the cost to repair would be almost as much as a new furnace). The Service Plus technician used a camera with a tube on it to show us a rusted hole in the heat exchange. Our unit was only 6 years old, so we told the Service Plus technician we were going to see what it would cost using the warranty that was still on the unit. We called Plumbing Heating Paramedics, told them our problem as explained to us by Service Plus. Ryan, the owner came out the next morning and explained the different types of furnaces to us so we could make an informed decision. He was troubled by our unit only being 6 years old, so he called his technician and asked him to come over to look at our furnace. When the technician arrived he could not find anything wrong with our furnace. They went above and beyond to ensure we did not have any issues with the furnace including taking the unit apart and physically looking up into the unit along with a CO2 test. They did not charge us anything for the second opinion. Based on our experience, we signed up for a three year maintenance plan which was $389 and includes air conditioner and furnace check ups and plumbing inspection including a water heater flush."
