"We live in an old home which can be difficult to work with standard measurements. Laziz and his team (Josh and Tom) did a fantastic job making sure everything was taken into consideration when installing the new shower, They were prompt, the quality of the work excellent and they did a great job cleaning up (one of my pet peeves since many workers do not). Love the manufactured stone look! Would use again and highly recommend."

"Tech was able to tell me what the error code meant but did not want me to order part until testing with volt meter. Diag appointment with volt meter did not cost extra. Tech gave me part numbers and it fixed the problem."

"Great presentation by Nick. Very nice, informative, professional and knowledgeable. Super quality products and vert6competitive pricing. Because of very busy installation schedules, it will take 4-6 weeks before walkin shower remodel can happen. We can wait, no problem. It will be worth it."

"This was a very good experience for us as we would usually do our own work. As we age that becomes impossible. To find a company that does the work they do is inspiring. Their sales person was not high pressure and the person that installed it was very good at what he does. We are vert pleased with the shower just sorry we could not afford the best they have."

"Just a wonderful shout out to Rodney. He was both professional and friendly as well as knowledgeable about what he had to do. He came back the second day to help us a little further. Was my first time using Ben Franklin Plumbing and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Their pricing was reasonable and were at the home in a timely manner. Can't say enough about the dedication to the skill which he had. Wish I had could say I found that determination and desire to keep the great reputation of Ben Franklin Plumbing of Indianapolis."
