"The gentleman was very experienced for what he was doing, he was very good and polite. When he was done he showed me what was done and how the sprayer worked. Cleaned up the sink and under the counter very good, and returned things the way it was. Thank you very much."

"I bought a water heater. They first connected me with a plumbing company that tried to add on $270 for additional materials and labor costs that they could not justify. I returned the water heater, and they again connected me to Holthaus. Holthaus called later that same afternoon and scheduled for the next morning. Dan came out and installed the water heater and new stand in just an hour. He only charged $30 for additional materials related to new gas fittings. He was very polite, transparent, and thorough. I would highly recommend them."
