"In response to comments posted in regards to accusations against our Company: Fact no. 1: Our Company did not install the furnace; we installed an air conditioner in 2005. Fact no. 2: There were only 2 chargeable service calls made to work on the furnace, one in 2010 and one in 2013. Fact no. 3: As for any delay in getting to their home when the furnace quit working, the customer did call and requested to set up a service call, but failed to inform us that the furnace was not working at all. It is our company policy to respond to all "no heat" calls before performing routine service/maintenance calls. As per the call from the customer, it was indicated as only a service call. Fact no. 4: We made no service calls to this residence to work on the air conditioning since it was installed in 2005. Fact no. 5: Since no one from our company was there during the summer to work on the air conditioning, it would have been impossible for tools to have been taken by one of our technicians. The technician that did perform the two service calls to repair the furnace in 2010 and 2013 is highly respected and an honest person."

I got three estimates and I went with them because they were local. It went excellent. I asked lots of questions and he had all of the answers. It took about three days for the installation and they did a good job. It was a nice, cool summer.
