Brian, the owner  scheduled a time to come out and review what we needed, and was very punctual.  He called several days later with a proposed estimate and time frame for doing the work.  He told us it would take 2 days, and he could get to it in 2 weeks.  He scheduled a day and time and showed up as promised with another man to dig out the bushes, and to plant the new bushes.  The next day he came with 2 other men to fix the patio, spread mulch, and to set up the drainage.  He was with his men to do the work most of the time.  The men were good workers, and there did not seem to be any down time.  Several days later it rained, and it was noted by us that some of the drainage tiles were draining too close to the house.  He did come out, and changed the tiles so that they would drain appropriately.  All in all, we felt that Gart's did an unusually good job, and we will definitely have them again in the future.

"Excellent. This experience was the best I have had hiring outside help. After it was installed, I had some concerns and asked Aaron to come by. He came over on a Friday evening and to my surprise, agreed and quickly went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He was understanding and agreed with my concerns. Later I was worried about a sound I was hearing coming from the sump pump. He came up on a Sunday and turned out it was my old pump (not the new one they had installed) that was making the noise. He removed it and clearly explained why it was making the noise. The perimeter drain, pump, and dry well that they installed have all worked great since the installation, which was nearly 9 months ago now. It was very clear making sure a job was completed well and with integrity was important to him. It was comforting to know I was working with a company who valued customer service and doing a job well. Their prices were more reasonable than the 3 other companies I had estimates from.
