I called Plumbing, Heating Paramedics and was able to schedule a time a few days later. The service team member was friendly, professional, he wore a mask and booties. He was able to verify the drain was clear. Minor issues he did not get the cover on the drain in the lawn on all the way and he did leave a booties on the porch, but just small oversights."

"Soon after we moved into our house in 2019, one of the two sump pumps we had was not fully draining on its own. We called and let them know of the issue. About two days after the initial call they sent out a tech, he was on time and happy to help. Took a look over the sump pump that was not draining correctly and asked a few questions. Quickly figured out the issue, it needed a part so that it could drain properly on its own and without us needing to manually drain it ourselves as we had been doing the past few times it rained. Thank goodness!! Had the part readily available in his truck, had it installed within 15 minutes. The issue was fixed right away and we have yet to have another issue with the sump pumps. These guys are awesome, knowledgeable of their products and systems, and have wonderful customer service. I always recommend Everdry for anyone’s sump pump and waterproofing needs!"
