"We have a long driveway in the country (100 yds+). With the past heavy snow and severe drifting, our driveway became impassable even for our 4WD pickup. Called Freshscape for a quote. They immediately quoted the job using a maps app. They arrived less than 2 hours later and worked for several hours to clear our driveway. The job was completed exceptionally well. They used a frontloader as well as some hand-shovelling (near our garages) to clear a wider drive than a simple plow would have done and they were very careful to not disturb the driveway stone under the snow. Their attention to detail on something as mundane as snow removal spoke volumes of their professionalism. Will definitely use again for snow removal and all our landscaping needs!"

Several years later, when we had an additional problem not related to the first project, he returned and addressed the problem at no charge. He does a great job and goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. His wife Linda, who handles the business and customer service side, is quite nice and responsive too. "The weather is critical to completing a job like this. It took some extra time as we had to reschedule but in the end it was completed. Overall I was pleased with the communication outside of a couple hiccups. William was very responsive. The 2 man sealing crew was very efficient and very detailed to keep the sealer from splashing or flowing over into surrounding non-asphalt areas. I had quite a bit of moss on my driveway because it is very shaded so I would suggest anyone with a similar issue be aware that moss is incredibly hard to scrape off with a wire/stiff brush and will likely return regardless of full removal. After sealing you might notice some moss left behind. Overall I am satisfied with the sealing results."
