"On Christmas evening I searched for computer technicians for my Toshiba laptop. I was receiving a Microsoft low on a memory error. Of the companies, Butch Myers of GatorTeq responded first on the next morning. An appointment was set for the next week. Due to pandemic precautions, Butch picked up the computer. He analyzed the problem. He suggested, by telephone, a course that would correct the problem as well as improve computer performance.
