Professional Home Inspections

Initially, I met Phil and Cindy at the house with a check thinking I would hand over payment and let them do their thing and read the report later. But they invited me to walk through with them, and I'm really glad I did. Throughout the inspection, they talked to me about what they were doing and what they were seeing. I feel like I really KNOW the house now.

They were very thorough and cared about us getting the best information.

We hired Professional Home Inspections to conduct an assessment of a home we had renovated out of state. Phil was our eyes and boots on the ground. He went above and beyond in verifying the safety of the property and whether the remodeling had been completed up to code. Based on his inspection, he saved us thousands of dollars and headaches. Did not do a proper inspection. He said the washing machine was in good working order. It was not! I have had several issues with things that should have been thoroughly checked by an inspector. He made excuse of not being able to access my attic space. Therefor I have several unknowns up there. I am very unhappy with his services and would recommend not hiring him to perform your home inspection. Save yourself money and just do it yourself if you are able. Nothing he inspected required professional tools, or knowledge.

I hired Professional Home Inspections to inspect the home that I am in the process of buying, and they did an excellent job! They gave me all of the important information about my new home that I needed, and they informed me about the defects they found, which were mostly minor things. They even gave me some additional info that was not necessarily in their contract to give. I ll definitely recommend them to a friend! If you are looking for someone to inspect your home, this is the way to go.

Best experience hands down! Phil Latshaw inspected my home before I bought it. He is very thorough, and very knowledgeable as he s been in construction for many years and has seen it all! He isn t afraid to get dirty and really look for current/future issues. Both he and his wife even cleaned up any messes they made during the process! I know nothing about carpentry or construction... Not to mention this was also the first time I ve ever bought a house!! Basically I knew nothing and Phil did a wonderful job of bringing it down to my level so to speak. I ve owned my home for 2 years now, I bought it and fixed it up using him and his resources and I couldn t be happier! It s nice to know that even after 2 years I can still send him a text or give him a call asking for his advise or a recommendation, and he is always happy to help!
