(Lead) and Tyler H. were very professional and upfront about the complications of my particular bathtub remodel, and though we had to go to a second day I felt they did a very good job. They listened to my concerns upon finishing and corrected any issues or advised me on my own correction since the issue was transitional and outside of their specific job parameters (something that might be helpful to know in the future, before the final caulk is done, specifically the need to clean my floor tiles before installation as they made a poor transition from the perfectly remodeled tub and shower and were harder to clean after final caulking). As far as all the other custom requirements they asked me, listened and implemented to my satisfaction. I am happy that they listened and adapted their job to my parameters to help address a long tern wall-splashing issue upon tub exit. The whole experience was surprisingly painless and I would definitely use West Shore again for future projects. My only other minor criticism is that the original Salesperson should more clearly state that the shower cannot be used for 24 hours after installation, as the installers did very clearly, but that had not been clear to me before they installed (perhaps glossed over too quickly by my Salesperson)."

"After so many negative experiences with people claiming to be "professionals" I contacted Mr Whitingham at Smart Dova's Home Renovation to install several blinds.  After my request for a quote he responded with a return call within minutes.  He came right over. We agreed on a price. He returned when promised and completed the job.  I was very happy with the outcome, so when I wanted to get estimates for a very large renovation, I again called Smart Dova. He gave me a detailed estimate, and a start date. When he began the demolition, he brought a large crew. For every phase: demolition, reframing, insulation installation, the necessary wiring, installation of fixtures, drywall, painting, and refinishing the fireplace and the hardwood floors, he had an appropriate crew for the work.  He discussed each phase with me. "If you're looking to update your bathroom tub and tile, Clint is your guy, I found him to be a very personable guy who knows the business extremely well. Just as some of the other reviews said, they are very efficient and professional. In my case I had the tub and tile resurfaced. You really can't believe it's the same tub and tile. Looks like someone went in there and installed brand new stuff. It took them about three hours to do mine, and my shower stall has tiles on the ceiling. I had considered removing the tub and tile and putting in new. A good friend of mine said that even though you might save a few bucks doing it that way, the headache and frustration isn't worth the aggravation it will cause. Not to mention you'll save a ton of time. My friend had done a few, and said this is my best option. Two things won my decision to go with CDH. First, the great reviews, and they were right. Second, was the gallery pictures on his website. It had been my experience in dealing with trades people that when I called I was expecting to get an assistant or a recording. Clint answered immediately, and was more than accommodating in fitting me into his schedule, I can't speak for when others can get their project done, but I called him on a Thursday, and they came on the following Monday. All in all, he's a great guy to hire!"

He was on time and the work was completed in two days. The work was very involved and the finished work was more than I envisioned. The cost very reasonable. The contractor was extremely pleasant. "Hired them to replace 15 year old vinyl, with Wood. Great experience, fast response with the estimate. Quoted 4-6 weeks lead-time, started about 3 weeks early. The install was efficient and clean (straightened up at the end of each day). The installers kept us updated daily on progress, total time was about four days.
