"Excellent. This experience was the best I have had hiring outside help. After it was installed, I had some concerns and asked Aaron to come by. He came over on a Friday evening and to my surprise, agreed and quickly went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He was understanding and agreed with my concerns. Later I was worried about a sound I was hearing coming from the sump pump. He came up on a Sunday and turned out it was my old pump (not the new one they had installed) that was making the noise. He removed it and clearly explained why it was making the noise. The perimeter drain, pump, and dry well that they installed have all worked great since the installation, which was nearly 9 months ago now. "I can't say enough good things about the work that Mr. Dimmett's Home Repair Service, at my house and the small building.  He started about first of July 2013 and finished 7/17/2013.  When he started and finished the project he stayed here until it was completed.  He was very good about letting me know exactly when he would be here and time.  He removed the old roof and new roof, the house and small building, when he left my property was absolutely spotless. While he was here I had him to do some handyman type work.  
Mr. Dimmitt's job was completed witin the time frame giving.  Estatmate was accurate.  He was great communication and very professioalism and a Christian man.  
I?m sort like an old maid I want things right or don?t won?t it. Some people can do things right, Mr. Dimmett can, and I'm pleased with his work.  
Sometime in November, I will have Mr. Dimmett to remodel my bathroom and tile and install a new hardwood flooring in the front entrance.

On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like. He arrived shortly after the phone call, came in and quickly recognized that the pump had failed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with his service and look forward to him returning to install a new pump."

"They have been out for the electrical. They have been out for the pool. They have been out for the sump pump. Its the fee for the service call. We have used them for the last 3 years. If you have an appliance that you think needs replaced they will not replace it they will repair it to death. They are very responsive. Some of the people they send out are great, some are okay."
