Should have done this much much sooner. Still figuring out all of the functions and capabilities with the ADT cameras but a massive upgrade."

"We had two TV's hung on the walls. Also we had 6 in home speakers and 2 outdoor speakers installed for whole home audio/music playing. From start to finish everything was smooth. The installer was very clean, and did the work like it was his own home. All with very minimal drywall removal/cutting (way less than we were actually planning on based on the difficulty of the install) All in all, was very happy and will use them in the future."

"Chris was very thorough in talking with us about what systems would be best for our house due to the pets in the home and other factors. He was patient and explained the plan, about ADT, answered any questions we had. He was thorough in the answers and knew his system and was able to answer questions where we would understand everything. Then a few days later he & his installer were back to install the system. Again they were courteous, friendly, and professional. Ken, who did the install, was patient at taking us through the process of understanding the system & how to use it. They service their customers after the install which was something we liked also. They ran behind some from being with another customer, but he always
took time to let us know the situation. We definitely highly recommend

"Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."
