Project manager (Chris) keep me in the loop about delays, but the work crew still came in the following Monday and got the job done in one day, and also cleared some brush without extra charge. Mike Mason blamed it on salt carried over from the street. He proposed that they clean and reapply a sealer on the driveway, at a cost of $1,200, and said it should prevent pitting for 3-4 years. We said if that was the case, the previous sealer must have been poorly applied, if at all. We requested that he clean and reseal on a discounted basis, for that reason. Then he ghosted us. I strongly recommend that you not use Mason’s Northside Concrete, because they misrepresent the quality and durability of their work, and do not stand behind it."
