Scott called the same day I requested a quote and came out the same day as well. Diagnosed the problem, showed it to me, and fixed it over the next week or so, having to take multiple steps to do so. We've tested it out by running my water spicket multiple times full blast for 20 minutes right next to the window, and no water! Scott clearly knows what he's doing. Would definitely hire him again and recommend him to anyone with a challenging water issue.

Found a 3' crack in our poured-concrete foundation wall. Called and spoke with Scott - he was able to quickly come out and take a look. Scott is great. I called him on a Friday and we scheduled a Sunday visit for him to take a look. He sized up the issue in just a couple of minutes and based on his experience quickly located the issue with minimal cutting into the drywall. He came back Monday and had it repaired in less than 2 hours. He was very professional and respectful. He also cleaned up his work when he was done. I hired him based on the Angie's reviews and he lived up to all the expectations.

I called Scott and he came out the same day to estimate and do the work. That was REALLY helpful as we didn't have to take any additional time off for a second appointment. He was able to identify where the leaks were before we had to cut into our drywall, so the repairs were at little as possible. The cracks went all the way down the wall on the seams, so he had to cut the full length of the walls to get to the cracks effectively. Scott worked independently and only had a couple questions while he was doing the work. After it was done, he cleaned everything up nicely. I've waited a couple months before writing this review to make sure that the patching worked. It has held up over these last few big rains we had, where it would have leaked before. I feel very confident that he solved the problem and we won't have any issues with those seams again. If we develop leaks in other seams, I will definitely call Scott again.

We had water in one area of basement and had several hypotheses from many companies on the root cause. Turned out to be a crack in the foundation wall that Scott found based on his experience in about 5 minutes. Scott was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He was back out 48 hrs later and fixed the crack at a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend his company.

We had that leak in the basement attended to by other contractors and none of them was able to fix it except Scott. we even had him test other areas and fix another source of a leak. He did an excellent job. He knew what he was doing. He is Very professional and would comfortably recommend him and hire him again. He was great to work with.

Process works! Several rainfalls later and basement wall is dry. A couple of the rains were very heavy and hairline crack would have allowed some water to penetrate wall if it had not been repaired by Scott and the process he uses. Highly recommend Scott and his process for repairing hairline cracks in basement wall foundation.

Scott, the owner, did a great job. He was easy to work with, especially when two cracks allowing water leakage turned into three. He had to hand dig the holes in order to make the repairs and install waterproof patches. I would definitely use him again if the need arises. I recommend him to anyone needing his services!

We had water coming into our basement and needed immediate assistance. Other vendors we called either did not call us back or could not meet with us for over a week. Scott was able to get to our house within hours of our call! He had the problem completely fixed and the other vendors were calling back to see if they could schedule an appointment to meet with us.

Great experience. Scott was able to assess the primary situation and accurately identify the cause of the problem after hearing our description over the phone. He arrived promptly and confirmed his assessment. He then cleanly cut the drywall so that the panel could be easily reset in place after the work was complete. After that, he filled the crack in the cement which solved the problem. While onsite, we had him look a second issue with a crack filled by another company for the previous owner of the house. He was able to remove their filler and cleanly reseal it. All work is very professional looking and Scott was very knowledgeable, diligent, helpful, and friendly. Definitely recommended to professionally, effectively, and cost-effectively resolve basement cement wall crack/leak issues.

Scott (owner) came and diagnosed our problem - crack in the wall of our basement. Much to my relief, this was not a major foundation issue that would cost us thousands of dollars to fix. Scott's knowledge and professionalism helped me understand just exactly what the problem was and how it could be fixed with a couple of hours work. The job was done within a few days of contacting him. Communication was excellent, especially with his wife, with whom I initially spoke. She was patient with me and heard out all my concerns and questions when I wasn't sure who I should be contacting for this job. I would recommend them to anyone with a wet basement.

I was very skeptical of basement waterproofing companies as I had a previous bad experience with a national company trying to sell me a "system" I didn't need. I found Vaillieres on Angie's List and called because of the excellent ratings. Scott was very responsive and treated me like his neighbor. Very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He has been in business many years. I am elated with the service he provided and would absolutely recommend him without hesitation. Thank you, Scott!!

The owner, Scott, was professional and very responsive. My issue occurred on a Friday and he promptly returned my call and made arrangements to assess my issue that Monday. He called the day before, Sunday, and said he could do the work now since four days of rain was in the forecast. Wow! I can't tell you the relief I am feeling right now. I was a nervous wreck with all the rain coming. I cannot recommend this company enough. I believe his pricing was extremely fair, and he said he performs the work like "it was his own home." I believe him. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to contact Scott.

Scott came out to house same day of contact . Took his time to evaluate and find location of leaking . Provided thorough explanation of repair process with warranty and cost. Hired him that day and had repair done within a week . Very impressed with this type of waterproofing and sealing of concrete void. Scott was very professional but easy to talk to. His work was clean and efficient . Most of all no more water leak !! Other foundation companies wanted to dig out foundation , pour new concrete costing thousands $

Scott quickly identified the source of the leak, and was able to repair the wall that was leaking on THE SAME DAY. That was a huge relief because I wanted the leaking stopped as soon as possible. He did a very professional job...he explained why the wall developed a leak and how he would repair it. After finishing, he explained the completed work. He was polite and cleaned up after completing the job. Simply a top-notch job all around. The price was reasonable too, especially for same-day service.

Scott sealed the two settlement cracks in the walls of the basement and sealed one settlement crack in the rear of the home that was letting in water and also sealed a crack above the basement easement window. The settlement crack in the rear of the home was repaired on the outside because the basement is finished and we couldn't get to the crack from the inside without major reconstruction of the finished basement. We had more rain and all of the seals remained dry. We were very happy with the results and would definitely call again. Excellent job!

Scott was very responsive and willing to come to our house to investigate our problem at 5 PM on a Friday. He is polite, thorough, and reasonable. After scoping the outside of the house for water, grading issues, and potential sources for water, we went to the basement where he explained what he thought might be the problem. After cutting a couple of holes in the drywall, the problem he suspected was not present, but he was thoughtfully determined to find the source of the water and moisture. It took a couple holes in the opposite direction to find the problem. Scott's work was through and detailed, and he cleaned up well after his work. If I were to have another waterproofing issue, Scott would be my first call.
