"Chris (owner) cleaned the dining room, stairs, bedroom, dressing room, and closet carpeting. He indicated pet odors would be eradicated (There were lots of areas, some months old).  Odors were still there but Chris has been persistent in staying in touch despite recent flooding throughout town, which takes up the majority of his company's resources as of late. He is coming back to do what he can with our carpet. Very impressed with professionalism and would recommend!"

"We scheduled a cleaning before scheduling a kitchen renovation, and they ended up coming on demo day...not the best planning on our part! Because of this, we asked only that they deep clean our two bathrooms. The tub was gleaming when they left - but the baseboards have a green residue from the cleaning solution, and the floor of the outer bathroom wasn't even swept. Worst of all, they broke the fixture in our guest room tub - they told us about it (check one for honesty), but haven't replaced it. We'll get a fixture ourselves, but we won't be calling them back."

"This service was amazing.  The cabinets (1960) look brand new.  The new doors have raised panels, hidden hinges, and look fabulous.  Our neighbors cannot believe how good these cabinets now look.  People are asking for the contact info for Kitchen and Bath Options.  The price beat the other quotes we had.  The process was very neat--cabinets were carefully taped off and did not need to be emptied.  The kitchen was never a mess.  Doug and Dennis created two new drawers and had the tip-downs under the sink panel.  We could not be more pleased.  We highly recommend Doug and Dennis and their work.  They really go the extra mile to be sure everything is the way it should be.  Great people to work with, as are the men they employ.

My husband and I did all the trim work, wainscoting, and light fixtures. Someone else installed the flooring. They were finished in three weeks time.
