Case selection is exclusive, based on assessment of the specifics involved and ability to help the client succeed in endeavors. Consulting fees are determined on case-by-case basis but within general guidelines. "Overall, it went very well. There was a hiccup or two at the beginning trying to make contact with them. But once we got rolling I was very pleased. The survey involved a little more work than expected, but they delivered in a pretty timely manner. They were very professional and good to work with.
