Overall, it went very well. There was a hiccup or two at the beginning trying to make contact with them. But once we got rolling I was very pleased. The survey involved a little more work than expected, but they delivered in a pretty timely manner. They were very professional and good to work with. I had some follow up questions and they responded very promptly.

Eric was good to work with and very knowledgeable and had also done work for my neighbor in the same situation. He was very busy and I had to follow up a couple times to move things along, but overall very happy with the results. Eric did all of the legwork, including applying the LOMA paperwork after completing the Elevation Certificate.
