The work performed was fine but the customer service was very poor. I was told the survey would be completed in 2 weeks and it took over a month but the main issue was that it required multiple phone calls, most of which were not returned, in order to receive the finished project.

The survey was easy and great.  They were not good about returning calls and took a while to get me on the schedule.  I called and asked to be put on the schedule and they said they would get back to me with a date and I had to call three times before anyone would call me back.

Everything could not have gone better. The surveyors were vey efficient. They did their work quickly, and we did not have to call them back for any reason.

I knew going in that the area we live in is an older neighborhood where the houses were built in the 1950's for this reason it was expensive to have this work done. 
They did preliminary work first in the beginning of May, and came back mid May (Oscar) the field worker staked the land.  Our properly is very deep, so Oscar used his equipment to find the midway point for us.  He found that a mini barn on our property that had been there many years had the properly line going through the middle of it.  I found the title work to show him because I knew that could not be right.  After showing him that and doing a bit more research he realized that his measurements were incorrect.  They needed a clear line of site so they did have to clear away some of my shrubbery and tree limbs.  They were then quickly able to set the other points in our yard.  In spite of the problem, Jim and Oscar were very friendly and professional.  When you pay for an official stake survey you get a cad drawing that is very nice to have.

All the work and drawings were done in a very timely manner.  Their price was very competitive.

Wow is all I can say.  Brian and his team provided great experience.  There price cannot be touched for the work they performed.  Being in an older sub division it was not know weather their were landmarks they could use for the survey.  They came out within a day to identify if there were any, and there were.  This saved us on the overall cost where others assumed being an older subdivision there were not thus quoting us a higher amount.  They responded quickly to email/phone calls and gave us a heads up to when the team would be onsite for the survey.  Stakes were placed with spray paint on the ground identifying the corners of the lot as well as a point of reference between each stake.  Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Very simple process to get your property surveyed. We called and gave them our address. They let us know when they would be out here and arrived exactly on time. Very professional and high tech equipment. Left us a computerized invoice and can pay OnLine on their website or submit throught the mail.
