Foster Land Surveying is presided over by James Foster. Mr. Foster is a graduate of the esteemed Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. He graduated with the degrees of Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering as well as Bachelor's of Science in Land Surveying Engineering. He has worked in these professions for 20 years within the State of Indiana. His experiences include projects in Federal to Local Roadway Highway & Bridge, Right-of-Way Engineering, Telecommunications & Fiber Optics, Pipeline & Route, Government Facilities, FEMA Development within the Floodway, Commercial Development, Residential Subdivisions, Sewer, Septic, and Environmental Testing & Remediation.

"Member, Thank you for the kind words. I see that we share the Foster surname too. I'm sure the readers will think that we are related, but even to the contrary I can see how you sought us out. Thank you. It is difficult for me to explain to clients that older retracement surveys are an investigative puzzle. Most think that we just measure. Unfortunately, boudary surveys and surveyors come in many different flavors. The most conclusive of surveys will naturally be more work to find ellusive, bona fide evidence that agrees with the description.
