Trademark Surfaces

The entire process was fantastic! Every person I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They were very responsive to any questions and kept me in the loop on the entire process. The installation was fast and fantastic. The reps took extra time to make sure we understood how to care for the product and did a great job installing the new sink we provided as well! Will definitely recommend and could not be more pleased with our new countertops!

Bruce called me the morning after I contacted his company. He is the owner of the company. He arrived, punctually, that same day. I needed two corners of the space for a gas cooktop to be made larger so the new cooktop would fit into the space of the old cooktop. Bruce filed the two corners. He then sealed the corners and resealed the four sides of the cooktop space. He cleaned the work area and everything looked and fit perfectly! Bruce was friendly, thorough, efficient; he did a great job and I am thankful that I found him. I was pleased with Bruce and his work. He gets my recommendation. His mobile phone is: 317-339-1803.

It went great! Two years prior, we had worked with a supplier and an installer to update our kitchen (no contractor). The supplier sold us new counters and sent a sub-contractor to install them. The Trademark crew made a good impression during that project. At the time we did not update our pass-through with the new surface. It finally came time to address all the pushed details and replace the pass-through to match the main counters.
I decided to reach out to the original sub-contractor, Trademark, that had installed the counters. Since the color we chose 2 years ago had just been discontinued, we kept all the scraps left over from the original installation. Trademark readily agreed to build the new counter from the scraps and install it.
Since we supplied the material, I really only paid for labor. Trademark came out to measure and took some of the larger pieces. About 2 weeks later, they returned with the finished piece, installed it and it fit great. I totally deferred to their experience to define the edges, corners, etc. They knew what would look best to match the look of the larger main counters.
Trademark was easy to work with. They apologized for an unusually extended turn around, as they generally can move quicker. But I had no timetable so it wasn't a concern. I took it as a sign of how in demand they are. I was also grateful that they agreed to take on what amounted to a fairly small project. It looks great and I'm very happy with the results.

Professional in ALL respects.  The team arrived on time, knew what needed to be done, began immediately, used high technology processes, explained installation aspects, were quite friendly and very business-like and finished in the prescribed time their firm's President/CEO said they would.  Had no doubts on service from initial estimate visit and actions afterwards. Was quite impressed with the measurement process and confirmation; and more so with the actual installation.  The staff and installation team made EVERYTHING a piece of cake.  The installation team immediately separated to their designated tasks and it was excellent to see such teamwork with no damage done whatsoever during their work.    The sealing places of major countertop pieces cannot be found by family or friends or me, which is further evidence of the firm's excellence.  Likewise, their work areas did not have the usual dirty results being kept clean at all times.   I received both written guidance and amplified verbal information for maintaining the countertops.  We also received much appreciated trivets of the countertop material, with additional ones from material cut to fit sinks, etc. All-in-all, a great experience with an outstanding firm and  product.

It was top quality. Good communication, very knowledgeable. Very few people have the expertise in working with Solid-surface brand. It came in at the low end of the estimate. I was able to schedule in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.

Mark was extremely professional and thorough. His attention to detail and his skill level is excellent. He even hand picked a half sheet for the island so that we wouldn't have to purchase the full sheet. Very pleased. No don'ts.

They did a really nice job and they were wonderful. From the scrap that they got after cutting out the sink they made me a cutting board with that extra piece because I told him I wanted to use a crack pot on something. He cut me a big piece of that and put little rubber things at the bottom and gave me a couple of extra of those. After the project was done a couple of weeks later I found that I had a little chip and I don't know if we hit something or it was when they put it but they came out and they repaired that right away for me. I was impressed.

Wonderfully.It took me a while to figure out what surface to use (wanted to use granite, but reinforcing that weight for the opening wasn't going to work). Then I had to figure out which solid surface to go with. Bret at Trademark was very helpful in emails, including a three-way email discussion with my designer about the support and edging. They took a 50% deposit over the phone. They came out to template when the designer could be here so he could explain what needed to happen for the reinforcement (a steel rod under the back of the countertop). Trademark told me that the raffia was on backorder, then told me it'd gotten in ahead of time and that they could do the install ealier than expected. They were great working with me so someone could be home for the install. That afternoon, Traci (one of the owners) called to see if I was happy. There were two things I noticed: there was a gap between the backsplash and the back wall. I didn't know if they could do anything, because walls aren't always perfectly straight. The 2nd thing was the edge was much straighter than I thought we'd agreed on. I left a msg for her, and she called me that evenng to discuss it. She asked me to call in the morning and let her know if I wanted the workers to come back out. She called me the next morning and said the owners had discussed it and wanted to send the workers back out to fix both issues. I was impressed with how hands-on and genuinely concerned they were. The guys came back with a great solution to the spacing issue, plus they took a little bit off the front edges. Everything was great.

Mark was great. The only thing he asked us to do was empty the cabinet under the sink. He took care of everything else. He was very neat and left the kitchen as clean as he found it. We are very happy with our new kitchen sink.

Mr. Long came to my home prior to the installation to make sure he was getting the right color and size even though the referring company was able to give him the info. He gave me the option to unhook our reverse osmosis to help save with overall costs.
He arrived on time, cleaned up after and gave me instruction on care and cleaning. He also made a few repairs on my counter and sanded my other sink to get rid of stains. I would absolutely recommend this company.

This was the first time we used them. It was expensive. Mark was the person that came out. He did a fantastic job considering the amount of work he had to do. The job was very detailed and it took a long time to cut out the old kitchen sink. He came at 8 am and was here until after 10 that night. When he was doing the prep, he recommended that we seal off the kitchen with plastic at all the entryways so the dust didn't fly around the house and we were glad we did that. My husband sealed up all the cabinet drawers. The company that originally made our sink bowl didn't make that size any longer so he had to cut the countertop to make it larger. He had to redo the plumbing underneath the sink because the holes were in a different location. He was kind enough to do as good a job as possible cleaning up and he did a good job. We followed up and cleaned it again the next day. We were happy. Since he had to work all day we think we got a good deal. The actual sink was only $200-$300 and the rest was the labor. He provided us with a lot of information on how to take care of the new sink and the countertops. I think he is the only person that does this type of work in the whole country. The tools he had to use were very rare and we were thankful we found somebody to do this type of work.

After contacting Traci about replacing the countertops in my home, she and Robert and come out to take measurements and drop off samples. They carry all of the major product lines including DuPont s Corian, LG, Samsung, and Wilson Art to name a few. Having a difficult time making up my mind, they had me come down to their showroom and factory to look at different examples and current projects so I could get a better feel for what the products would look like installed. Once that decision was made, I was able to look at the different countertop edges available. As anyone can imagine, this was very time consuming yet Robert and Traci remained very patient and helpful offering their ideas and suggestions. Robert mocked up the countertops on the computer so we could play around with adding additional surface areas. When it came time to install, all of the fabrication and prep work was done at their facility to keep dust to a minimum. The removal of the old and the installation of the new were done in about 4 hours. There were no dings or dents to the walls or appliances nor was there any trash left behind. This was a great experience from a trustworthy, customer focused company. The quote I received, was exactly what I was invoiced.
