I'm not sure if we paid extra charge aside from the deal because  I wasn't at home when the guy came out to do the job. We've used them before and they are the one who installed the water system in our house. JFG also had a professional plumber from Hamm come to the house to install all the plumbing (this was included in the price quote). While he was there we also had him do another unrelated plumbing job for us and that also went very well (we paid Hamm directly for the extra unrelated work)."

"Quickly after purchasing Angie's List deal, the owner called to schedule an appointment, which was a few days later. The installer showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation of my current heater and it's location. Due to my water softener partially in the way of the heater, he decided to remove the door to the closet instead of moving the softener, which saved him time and me money. After checking the dimensions, he was able to reuse my old heater stand, which I also appreciated. With the new water heater designs, he had to do some slight modifications to the copper lines to the house for proper fitment. After making sure there were no leaks, he reinstalled the door and checked to make sure it operated correctly. Overall, he did exactly as he said he'd do in the time allotted for the appointment. I will certainly call Simply Water again for any plumbing needs."

"His price was good. It is like half the prices of Bushes. I feel like the quality of his work was not was as Bushes but it was still okay. We are living in the house and so far we haven't had any problems. We did have one with the sink faucet which they came and fixed it.  I would probably not use them again."
