Our basement needed a remodel following a flood. We were very happy with the quality of the workmanship: framing, moving electrical outlets, drywall installation and painting. The subcontractors were attentive to details and cleaned up at the end of each day. The cabinets and countertops were of high quality and reasonably priced. We would hire Lance again.

I had an elevator installed in my home, since I purchased the home after the framing took place he went above and beyond making sure my home would accommodate the elevator, which involved redesigning several areas.
