Their efforts brought three of our home's rooms back into style, and they are now more functional and look fantastic. I have never seen and enjoyed such great attention to detail and resulting A+ quality! Eg, Robert fashioned a new redwood door threshold with great precision to avoid trip hazards - it looked fantastic after stained. And, the Living Room ceiling repair exceeded my expectations. They were very experienced with all aspects of the work, this time, painting, flooring, plastering, plumbing, carpentry, wall paper removal, & sourcing. "We considered for a very long time on when we would remodel our kitchen. At last, the time came to decide on a contractor to do the work. Wendell checked out the reviews on Home Adviser and decided on a couple to check out. We were impressed with Yesteryearâ s reviews, and Andy Kopanskiâ s presentation. His price was within our budget (unlike the second proposal from another company). We did not realize with covid there are several challenges with the delays in shipments for cabinets and other supplies. We are so glad we hired Andy and his crew (Brian and Chris)! Andy always had a good attitude (even with all the additional challenges) and did all he could to make it easier on us. He and his crew were always respectful of our home and us. Communication was constant and timely, all questions answered and lists checked off. Their effort to keep down the dust and dirt made life much better for us. Yesteryear did extra tasks to keep the project moving when supplies were not delivered on time. Good planning, good work, which resulted in a good project. "John was timely with providing the estimate and due to another project getting cancelled was able to do the work right away.  He and his employee worked all day to remove old barn and build and paint a new one.  Where other contractors were careful to say what they would not do (painting, leveling, covering gap, removing tree limbs and other debris, etc.), John did whatever it took to get the job done to our satisfaction.  They painted the barn to match our house and cleaned up the worksite and removed all the trash.  We love our new shed!

"Nathan came to my in-laws home to see the damage and give an estimate to fix the ceiling damage. He made a quick assessment and we set 2 appointment times to fix the drywall and paint the ceiling within a week and a half of the estimate. At the end of the second day, the ceiling looked like there had never been any damage. Nathan did a fantastic job. My in- laws couldn’t be happier. In fact they have already had Nathan back to do more work!"
