"Just getting started. They have measured the roof and ordered the panels but nothing has been installed yet. I must say they have been excellent to work with. They answered all our questions and were able to explain the entire process. Other companies wouldn't talk to us unless we were interested in spending 30k. Icon solar gave us the best price and best customer service. When they first came to the house, we gave them our yearly electric bill, they adding the information to their computer and then explain all the information that came up. Then they gave us a jump drive and gave us time to go over it before contracting the job. Very professional. Awesome company."

"I was impressed with Tom Sipes; at the time he came to give his quote, I was not planning to get a new AC right away because it turned out I wasn't going to be able to take advantage of the federal tax credits like I originally hoped. Nevertheless, he was very patient with his time and thorough in his explanations of options, including his recommendations and why. The installation crew was professional and did a good job, accommodating my requests for running lines, etc."
