Tammy and her crew do fantastic work. They have been our go to roofing company for over 10 years. When our 22 year old roof finally gave up the ghost, we booked them to replace it. They worked with the materials delivery schedule, which was a Friday morning delivery. The crew showed up the very next day just before 7AM. It turned out to be an extremely hot and humid day, but the guys just chugged away, only stopping for lunch around 1PM. Roof and cleanup was completely done by 6PM. They were very careful during the tear off process to avoid any damage to our backyard garden that is right up against our house, and kept all the debris out of our in ground pool. The architectural style shingles and USA’s awesome work have given us a beautiful new roof. We highly recommend them, and Tammy and her crew will continue to be our roofing contractor for the future.

Tammy returned my messages quickly, we got an estimate within a week, and scheduled the job for a few weeks later (as soon as weather allowed). She and her crew did a great job, working quickly and with high quality. Our tearoff and replacement was complete in about a day and a half, and at that time the owner and I did a walkaround while she explained features of the new install. They have earned our trust with repair and Preventative Maintenance work in the past, so much so that they were the only company we called for an estimate when we decided to re-roof.

USA Roofing removed the old roof, replaced some of the roof decking and the ridge vent, and installed a new roof on a 2 story house. They completed the work in about 10 hours on a single day. The crew was efficient and the work was top quality. They paid special attention to flashing around the chimney and vents to prevent leaks. They cleaned up all of the debris and didn't leave any mess. The bid from USA roofing was about $400 more than the other roofer I considered, but after talking to both companies, I thought USA Roofing would do a higher quality job and would not cut corners. To me, it was worth the extra money to have confidence in the company I was working with. Tammy Hurt was easy to work with and made sure the job was done right. I am very pleased with the results. The roof looks good, and I have had no problems with leaks.

We had the roof replaced 20 years ago by a different company. Over the years, various leaks and subsequent repairs taught us the shabby shortcuts that some companies take which reduces a roof lifetime. USA Roofing was extremely professional. They did not take any shortcuts. As standard, they put in the maximum number of nails per shingle to give the roof a higher wind rating. We have a very large and steep roof, which was no problem for them. They used safety ropes and were safety conscious. A very large crew showed up early and worked until sundown. The crew was cheerful and sang while they worked. A gutter was damaged by accident, but they had it quickly replaced, and you can't tell a difference. When the old roof came off, some of the old paint that was stuck to some shingles came off also. USA roofing repainted that area (I supplied the paint). It looks fantastic! I found them to be very reliable and straight forward. We have dogs in the backyard, and so we don't want any nails left over. Dogs were left inside during the re-roofing. The team tarped the ground next to the house, ran magnets, and also looked for nails. The dogs and I have not found any nails. I did have other estimates for getting the roof replaced. Their estimate was extremely fair and I am very pleased with their work.

Great price, great service, great result. Planned ahead with full estimate, did a 2 story house and shed in one day. 8-5. Cleaned up after themselves and even left it better than they found it (we had solar lights we had not put out, and the workers put them out for us when they cleaned up, as they were outside). Very pleased and do recommend. Will use their services in the future for other projects. Only found 1 nail in a driveway groove, and that’s to be expected.

Did the entire roofing project in one day. Arrived early and stayed until they were done. Cleaned up and hauled away debris. The roof and gutters look wonderful. I could not be happier. Highly recommend Tammy and USA Roofing.

USA's project manager, Jim Bacon, was very commutative and personable from start to finish. His estimate was timely and he answered my questions well. The roofing was done on the scheduled date as planned. The crew arrived at about 7:30 and, except for a lunch break, worked continuously until the job was completed about 12 hours later. Jim was on site for the whole day, keeping me informed about what was going on and answering questions. The roofers were experienced, careful and conscientious. II was especially happy with the care taken by the worker who installed the metal at our chimneys. The roofers did a good job cleaning up at the end. I appreciated that the roofers' tall ladder had extension legs that supported the ladder from the second floor roof, rather than from the gutter. I wish that they had used ladders with similar extension legs on the one story roof over the garage; if they had they would have avoided denting the gutter and scraping its finish. The dented gutter is a minor issue on an overall excellent job.

Went well! A seasoned team was placed on the job who took the time to explain what they were doing, to answer all my questions, and to point out a few things I would want to keep an eye on. Its been well over 6 months since the work was completed and there have been no problems. Overall, I wouldn't hestitate to call them again if I need additional work done.

Tammy is very professional and extremely conscientious. The sky lights were installed efficiently. I chose to have manual blinds on the sky lights. If I were to make that decision again I would have chosen remote blinds. One of the sky lights is so high that I still have to get out the ladder to reach the blind even with the extension pole. When I expressed that problem Tammy immediately brought an additional extension for the pole which works a little better . During the winter months and all of the snow I started having a small leak under one of the sky lights every time there was any melting. I waited and watched it for a few months to make sure where the problem existed and as soon as I called Tammy to tell her about the problem she was right out to fix it. She not only fixed the problem but she also reinforced the other two sky lights. I might not know if the problem is fixed completely until next winter's snow fall and melting but I have confidence that if there is still a problem Tammy will be right on it. I also had USA Roofing install a new custom made chimney cap, my home is 21 years old and needing a lot of repairs lately so this was just a reinforcement before a problem began. If I need the services that USA Roofing provides again I will not hesitate to call them.

Really great job! They were professional and neat - cleaning up as they worked. It was supposed to be a two-day job but when they realized it would rain the following day they decided to keep working until it was done. We got them a few pizzas but they didn't ask for anything. It was a big crew 10 plus the foreman so they had the manpower. Tammy estimated the job and came back to measure the skylight. It was custom ordered but turned out to be the wrong size due to the difference in how the old one was installed. The foreman ran over to the place and was able to get an immediate replacement. It is so much better than the old one.

We had contacted five local roofing contractors to replace our roof that was damaged by hail, only two contractors called us back. USA roofing was the first to contact us the very next day. Jim came out and gave us an estimate to tear off and replace our roof. We were immediately impressed with his professionalism and sincerity to give us the best roof possible. He went over the estimate in detail answering our many questions about products being used, installation procedures, insurance payments, warranties, and scheduling. One week later, he came with a full crew and completed the job in one day; Jim stayed the entire time overseeing the work. USA Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof. What sets them apart is their attention to detail. At the end of the job, they noticed a small mark that was left by a ladder and immediately went back up and painted it. They took care not to damage our landscaping and did a thorough clean up. We are very happy with our new roof and highly recommend USA Roofing. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

Terrible. I had a ceiling leak in my living and dining rooms I went throughout Angie's list and based on reviews, Tammy Bacon and USA roofing were consulted. She was extremely confident that Bone Dry roofing [my previous roofer] had installed the flashing improperly and could be fixed by to reinstalling a section of my roof shingles. She gave me an estimate/invoice to 'fix the leak'. She/her company were paid $1300 on 4-29-13 for the job they 'completed' on 4-25-13. I was asked not to paint the inside ceiling until we had heavy rains to check whether the new fix as holding. However, with the very first major rains on 7-3-13, I had ceiling leaks in the exact same area as before the completion of the job, which was now much larger. USA roofing was called and informed me that "We sealed both sides of each aluminum outside corner piece on the front corners of both dormers. That is really the only thing we see out of place". However, I continued to have leaks in the same area and each time extending even more than the previous time. in September 2013 USA roofing came by and 'fixed' something. However I again had a leak in January 2014 and contacted USA roofing. They never responded to me for over 1 month. I again contacted them in Feb 2014 when Jim [co-owner of the business] informed me that Tammy was out of the country . Subsequently, Walter [who is employed by them] came by and 'worked on the leak' ....I continued to have leaks this spring and Contacted Tammy on 5-14-14 - Walter came by and saw the leak and now suggest that they need to tear the shingles down and re-install and provided me a new invoice for $875. When I questioned why I would have to pay for the same job twice, she stopped communicating and has stopped responding to my emails and phone messages. USA roofing never completed the task that they were originally paid and contractually agreed to provide. As a customer, I went with their professional opinion of what the cause of the leak was originally and paid them to do the job. In fact, the problems is now significantly worse than before. I have never had leak proof days until now since the job was done. USA roofing and Tammy Bacon have not taken any responsibility for their commitment, their poor job, and have not at all been professional in their responses ...including capitalizing words in their email as if screaming at me.

"We have satisfactorily dealt with complaint. I'm hoping AL has enough knowledge of this type of work that has been completed properly to give the same conclusion, see below what we also exactly said to BBB: It is not our fault that she continues to have problems, at the very first visit I (Tammy Bacon, owner) told the member myself that how the leaks have shown inside that it seemed like a flashing issue around all sides where the roofing meets the dormer, BUT it could also be other things contributing. She was told from the beginning there could be other things also causing the problem. We fixed the flashing with new all around both dormers, it was totally wrong, many layers of old flashing were still there that we tore out to start over (that Bone dry should have done when they had everything tore out on a re-roof and that they told her they had done), there was no ice & water leak barrier as bone dry told her there was. There was no new step flashing as Bone Dry told her there was. We have returned several times now to do our due diligence, fixing and sealing other things that had nothing to do with our original estimate, for FREE. So at this point, we know from experience, because we DO know roofing and have been in these situations before, that it is now something else. That is an additional estimate, additional cost that is given as our best guess at what else it could be. The flashing around the dormers is fixed. So it is something else. The VERY first visit I had with her I also said the way it manifested inside was my best guess at the flashing but it could also be windows and siding and the roof on top of these dormers. But again, because we have had experiences with these things, it could still also be something else. We fixed one thing on how the water was tracing in, and something else could also be contributing to the same leak and now because we have fixed that, it makes the water move differently. And the way it has shown up inside has been different. There can be more than one thing wrong with the roof contributing to water showing inside in the same general area. USA Roofing's collective best guess as what to do next, and we gave her a quote for is to remove roofing below both dormers to the gutter line and little wider than the dormer. We are "guessing" at this because of the way things are showing up inside. It is our best guess, it is a GUESS. There are MANY things it could be though. We will not be back and she will not get any refund from USA Roofing, she hears what she wants to hear and has twisted everything I have said to her from the beginning. Maybe I'm just crazy for thinking this but let me see, This COMPLAINT should be to Bone Dry Roofing who did her entire roof and we are going behind their mess, don't you think? That is my resolution to this outrageous falsified complaint to the wrong company. We fixed the flashing, it is now something else, period. sending pics to prove how many layers of flashing there was and no ice & water leak barrier as Bone Dry told her there was and they did NOT do any of that as part of a full tear off and re-roof. I'm really tired of going behind Bone Dry Roofings' crap jobs, because this is not the first or the second or third time we've fixed their stuff. We were going through a complete home renovation and needed to replace the shingles. We had USA roofing come out for a quote and were instantly impressed. The sales man was professional and provided an all inclusive quote detailing all work to be complete & all warranty information so there was little to no confusion the services to be provided. USA roofing was very punctual and brought a full team to complete the work in one day. Being that we were doing a whole house reno, after the roof was installed, we needed to update the exterior paint and thus remove the new gutters. USA roofing had no problem working with us on this and took down the gutters & replaced them when the work was complete. A few months later, I received a call from our service provider saying he just passed our home and noticed a slight dent in one of the gutters. He sent someone out a day later and fixed the issue. I never even noticed this dent (and I am very observant) and was blown away from this amazing service! I would recommend this company to anyone.
