USA's project manager, Jim Bacon, was very commutative and personable from start to finish. His estimate was timely and he answered my questions well. The roofing was done on the scheduled date as planned. The crew arrived at about 7:30 and, except for a lunch break, worked continuously until the job was completed about 12 hours later. Jim was on site for the whole day, keeping me informed about what was going on and answering questions. The roofers were experienced, careful and conscientious. II was especially happy with the care taken by the worker who installed the metal at our chimneys. The roofers did a good job cleaning up at the end. I appreciated that the roofers' tall ladder had extension legs that supported the ladder from the second floor roof, rather than from the gutter. I wish that they had used ladders with similar extension legs on the one story roof over the garage; if they had they would have avoided denting the gutter and scraping its finish. The dented gutter is a minor issue on an overall excellent job.

From start to finish USA Roofing was professional in every way. The crew worked really hard all day and their supervisor was on site the entire time, always letting us know what was going on. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for a job well done.

Tammy is very professional and extremely conscientious. The sky lights were installed efficiently. I chose to have manual blinds on the sky lights. If I were to make that decision again I would have chosen remote blinds. One of the sky lights is so high that I still have to get out the ladder to reach the blind even with the extension pole. When I expressed that problem Tammy immediately brought an additional extension for the pole which works a little better . During the winter months and all of the snow I started having a small leak under one of the sky lights every time there was any melting. I waited and watched it for a few months to make sure where the problem existed and as soon as I called Tammy to tell her about the problem she was right out to fix it. She not only fixed the problem but she also reinforced the other two sky lights. I might not know if the problem is fixed completely until next winter's snow fall and melting but I have confidence that if there is still a problem Tammy will be right on it. I also had USA Roofing install a new custom made chimney cap, my home is 21 years old and needing a lot of repairs lately so this was just a reinforcement before a problem began. If I need the services that USA Roofing provides again I will not hesitate to call them.

"We have satisfactorily dealt with complaint. I'm hoping AL has enough knowledge of this type of work that has been completed properly to give the same conclusion, see below what we also exactly said to BBB: It is not our fault that she continues to have problems, at the very first visit I (Tammy Bacon, owner) told the member myself that how the leaks have shown inside that it seemed like a flashing issue around all sides where the roofing meets the dormer, BUT it could also be other things contributing. She was told from the beginning there could be other things also causing the problem. We fixed the flashing with new all around both dormers, it was totally wrong, many layers of old flashing were still there that we tore out to start over (that Bone dry should have done when they had everything tore out on a re-roof and that they told her they had done), there was no ice & water leak barrier as bone dry told her there was. There was no new step flashing as Bone Dry told her there was. We have returned several times now to do our due diligence, fixing and sealing other things that had nothing to do with our original estimate, for FREE. So at this point, we know from experience, because we DO know roofing and have been in these situations before, that it is now something else. That is an additional estimate, additional cost that is given as our best guess at what else it could be. The flashing around the dormers is fixed. So it is something else. The VERY first visit I had with her I also said the way it manifested inside was my best guess at the flashing but it could also be windows and siding and the roof on top of these dormers. But again, because we have had experiences with these things, it could still also be something else. We fixed one thing on how the water was tracing in, and something else could also be contributing to the same leak and now because we have fixed that, it makes the water move differently. And the way it has shown up inside has been different. There can be more than one thing wrong with the roof contributing to water showing inside in the same general area. USA Roofing's collective best guess as what to do next, and we gave her a quote for is to remove roofing below both dormers to the gutter line and little wider than the dormer. We are "guessing" at this because of the way things are showing up inside. It is our best guess, it is a GUESS. There are MANY things it could be though. We will not be back and she will not get any refund from USA Roofing, she hears what she wants to hear and has twisted everything I have said to her from the beginning. Maybe I'm just crazy for thinking this but let me see, This COMPLAINT should be to Bone Dry Roofing who did her entire roof and we are going behind their mess, don't you think? That is my resolution to this outrageous falsified complaint to the wrong company. We fixed the flashing, it is now something else, period. sending pics to prove how many layers of flashing there was and no ice & water leak barrier as Bone Dry told her there was and they did NOT do any of that as part of a full tear off and re-roof. I'm really tired of going behind Bone Dry Roofings' crap jobs, because this is not the first or the second or third time we've fixed their stuff. But it is the first time the homeowner didn't trust and work with us as we went along the process to find all problems. Tammy Bacon/owner USA Roofing"
