"My technician Joe was on time, professional and did a great job. The cleaning product has a great smell and the furniture looks great. I think they may be a bit pricey (especially if you sign up for the year long service contract) but they do a good job and respond quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

"this young woman works incredibly hard with little rest or breaks.  inside of car shiny clean and smells good.  outside of car shiny clean; don't know how it smells since it/we were outdoors.
she has now detailed 4 of our venerable cars and each time she finishes, they look and smell like new.
a real bargain for the price.
we will definitely use her service again, once the weather breaks.

"Service was great, especially for the price paid. i had purchased a deal through Living Social. Scheduling was easy. I called, left a voicemail, and received a call back within 24 hours. I would definitely use this company again.

The only issue I had was our appt was at 9:00am. I requested to meet earlier, but that was not possible. And due to traffic (which I already knew was very bad), they were about 40 mins late. I called around 9:30am, no answer, and left a voicemail saying that I would only wait 15 more mins. I received a call back immediately apologizing for not calling me that he was going to be tardy due to traffic. He had not saved my phone number the last time we had talked.

Either way, the carpet cleaning worked so well, that this one issue does not prevent me from using him again or referring him to others. It has saved me from having a replace a room of heavily stained carpet."

"The end result was good. At first, a crew of two guys came out to clean a few areas of carpet and a very soiled couch. I was not happy with the initial job. The carpets were left very wet and they just didn't look any cleaner. Additionally, the couch didn't look any better than before cleaning. I sent an e-mail to the owner, John expressing my displeasure with the work. He responded immediately and offered to re-do the job at no cost to my satisfaction. John re-did the job himself. This time the job was done well resulting in clean carpets and a clean couch. Additionally, the carpets were considerably less wet after cleaning than the first time. I'm very pleased at how quickly and professionally John handled my complaint and am happy with the end result. John turned what could have been a bad experience into a good one."

Couch Cleaning Services questions, answered by experts

Keeping your air filter clean is crucial for your heat pump's efficiency. As a general rule, you should check your air filter every 1 to 3 months. However, the actual frequency might vary depending on factors like the type of filter, indoor air quality, and the amount of dust and debris in your area. If you notice the filter is visibly dirty or clogged, it's a clear sign it needs attention sooner. Regular filter maintenance ensures proper airflow and helps your heat pump perform optimally, keeping your indoor air fresh and comfortable.

You should plan to change your AC unit's filter every one to three months, depending on the manufacturer's recommendations. You should also clean the coils at least once per year, but if you have pets or someone in your household has allergies, you might need to clean them more often. Fortunately, many pros will clean the coils and change the filter for you during an inspection, which you should schedule once or twice per year.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), no single water filter or treatment system can remove 100% of contaminants. To find the best filter for your needs, first determine which impurities are most important for you to remove. For example, reverse osmosis (RO) filters are highly effective at removing a wide range of contaminants, including sediment, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, dissolved salts, and chemicals. However, the RO process can also filter out beneficial minerals like calcium and magnesium. If eliminating bacteria is your main priority, a UV filter could be a suitable choice. Additionally, distilled water is considered the most pure form of filtered water available.

Yes, a dirty air filter can cause a higher electric bill. That’s because clogged filters make it harder for air to flow through your HVAC system, which forces it to work harder and use more energy. According to the U.S. Department of Energy, replacing dirty filters can save you between 5% and 15% in utility costs.

If you have black flakes or chunks coming out of your tub’s jets, it is generally some combination of mildew, mold, soap scum, skin flakes, and oils. These are substances you definitely don’t want to be soaking in as you’re trying to get clean, which is why regularly cleaning your jetted tub is so important.
