"I was planning to clean the sofas & carpet when our kids returned to school. With college and high school students home full time, the daily wear and tear had taken its toll. Unfortunately, one sofa & the carpet were stained by ?, forcing me to seek a cleaner before our time at home had ended. I was very pleasantly surprised with how clean everything looked when Prestigious Carpet Care was finished - one of the stains was very dark, and there is only a very slight (1%?) discoloration now, only noticeable if you know where to look. All odors are gone, and everything looks like new. I would definitely hire Prestigious again, and won't wait for an accident the next time!"

"These ladies came in to a home that had not been properly cleaned for awhile. I am not just a senior but I have had health issues since July 2023. They were perfectionist! I never dreamed they would do what I expected but so much more! It’s insane that they went above and beyond! I am simply thrilled and thankful for Milis cleaning service."

"Great customer service. Had to come back out for things missed. They did a decent job for what i needed."

"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"I have had several other companies clean my white sofa, but they could never really get it clean.  Fiber experts not only got it clean, much to my surprise, but the price was good.  I was ready to have slipcovers made for it because it looked so bad, and the fabric was not that old ......the problem it was off white.  I don't know what they do that the other guys don't do, but it works.  The one thing the guy that came out seem to really sincerely want to try and help correct my problem. I wish I could remember his name, but he has worked for the company many years.

"I am so glad I made the choice to go with RH. He was on-time, professional, friendly, and when I say I am happy with the service I received I definitely am. My sectional and rug looks new and he also cleaned my couch in my office. I would definitely recommend and can't wait to use his service again for my carpet. Thank you for a phenomenal job."

"The results were decent, but I can't say they were better than that.  No specific or grievous complaints.  The carpet was good, but past cleanings have left it in better shape, even taking into consideration additional age for this latest cleaning.
