"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"My technician Joe was on time, professional and did a great job. The cleaning product has a great smell and the furniture looks great. I think they may be a bit pricey (especially if you sign up for the year long service contract) but they do a good job and respond quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

"The men came to the house on time and started work right away.
They washed the windows inside and out in each room.  They listened to any special instructions I had for each room.
If they found a problem they told me about it.  One window had something on it that only another solvant and razon blades could get it off.  They do not use razor blades so they informed me of the procedure but I needed to do it myself.
They cleaned up after each room.  
They were very professional and I would have them wash the windows again and have passed their name on to others.

The staff arrived on time and completed a pre-inspection. It was determined and clearly explained that it would be a good idea not only clean the carpets, but protect (Scotchgard) them as well. Typically the cleaning job for my four rooms and hall last about 35-40 min. However, given the extra attention to detail provided by the staff, this job lasted an extra 15 min or so, but it clearly showed in the end result. My 5 year old carpets looked and felt like new again. They even removed a tough spot (for a minimal fee) that I didn't think was possible to clean.

"The people from Indiana Restoration were amazing.
