"The only negative is their estimate on how long it takes to install a new system properly. It is more time consuming than the instructions indicate. Nevertheless the equipment is fine, service superior and I would not even consider going with any other security system. At the first appointment he brought a demo of the ADT security keypad and walked me through it which was very helpful. We were able to schedule my installation for the very next day.
