Financially and emotionally this was a huge decision for me especially because the windows are on the front of my home. Brian helped me to select the perfect windows. Once the windows were delivered, the installation process began. Due to the covid virus, there was a delay in delivery and installation but I was kept informed about any delays. These delays were kept to a minimum for sure. I cannot say enough about the installation crew! I had friends over on the day of the installation and one of them happened to be a carpenter. He assured me that the work being performed on my home was top-notch. Due to the need for lumber replacement surrounding the windows (because we had neglected the old windows for many years), the installation took two days. On the first day we had a huge storm blow in! The storm’s arrival was earlier than expected, so the crew had begun the final removal/ installation. They kept going through the storm and they kept up the level of quality of the installation even while the storm raged around them! They left for the day while it was still raining and I never had a leak of any kind. The next day the trim and caulk was applied. The installers carefully timed these steps in order to let the lumber dry as much as possible before carefully sealing around the windows. The final result is beautiful! The caulking and finishing is impeccable and I am very happy that I went with a company that could handle the extra repair my installation required. I have every confidence that I will love my windows for many years to come!"
