Had the pleasure of meeting Justin last week for the first time to address several issues with an older garage. The first task was to remove the old garage door springs and convert to a torsion spring. Justin did a great job with the installation, and while the garage door would go up and down effortlessly by hand, the door would bind while going down when connected to the garage door opener. After making several more adjustments, including the leveling of the horizontal tracks, Justin was able to get the garage door to open and close smoothly while connected to the garage door opener. Justin is patient, kind, responds well via text or phone call and will work with your schedule. I'm appreciative of his efforts and happy with his service. 5 stars.
