He passed on my contact info and within minutes Randy reached out to me, listened to my issue and had a plan of action in place. Even though it was getting to be the end of the day and he was still over an hour away coming back from a previous job, he headed straight over and arrived as expected with all the parts and tools needed. His work was efficient, knowledgeable, respectful of my property and he was very personable. It often must include finished walls, ceilings, and floors. If the finished basement includes a bedroom, it should have a heat source, an egress window, and a closet.
