He passed on my contact info and within minutes Randy reached out to me, listened to my issue and had a plan of action in place. Even though it was getting to be the end of the day and he was still over an hour away coming back from a previous job, he headed straight over and arrived as expected with all the parts and tools needed. His work was efficient, knowledgeable, respectful of my property and he was very personable. He resolved the issue quickly, gave advice on how to prevent similar issues in the future and even went the extra mile to make the next guy that ever has to do plumbing work for us has an easier time with the various fittings and lines. I was so impressed that I even hired him for additional Septic work I need done. Randy is a hard worker, takes pride in his work and charges a VERY fair amount for the work done.
