"Excellent. This experience was the best I have had hiring outside help. After it was installed, I had some concerns and asked Aaron to come by. He came over on a Friday evening and to my surprise, agreed and quickly went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He was understanding and agreed with my concerns. Later I was worried about a sound I was hearing coming from the sump pump. He came up on a Sunday and turned out it was my old pump (not the new one they had installed) that was making the noise. He removed it and clearly explained why it was making the noise. The perimeter drain, pump, and dry well that they installed have all worked great since the installation, which was nearly 9 months ago now. It was very clear making sure a job was completed well and with integrity was important to him. It was comforting to know I was working with a company who valued customer service and doing a job well. Their prices were more reasonable than the 3 other companies I had estimates from. He came to my home, inspected what needed done, was very knowledgeable on the best way to reroute the dryer vent and then gave me an estimate - very fairly priced. Then was able to put me on his schedule quickly. On the day of the job, his guys that installed the dryer vent, were professional, friendly, cleaned up their work mess and did a great job on their work. I am very pleased with my dryer vent. I would like to add that I did have one piece on my dryer vent that was a little tricky and Matthew went over and beyond what I anticipated trying to help me with it.
